With the bat first up, we compiled 4/283 from 50 overs. Damyn Waddups posted a half-century, making 68 off 99 balls with five fours and one six. Liam Smith made a great 62 off 96 balls, a well-made fifty.
In reply, Northern Suburbs Mens 1st Grade finished on 9/250 from 50 overs. Credit to William Prestwidge, who made a half-century (86) for our opponents. Mitch Doolan made a fine 52 for the hosts, a well-deserved half-century. James Bazley led the way with the ball, finishing with three for 51. Thomas Biggs finished with two for 42.
The runs on the board proved more than enough. That's back-to-back wins for the boys. Well done, team.
