Saturday didn't go our way, as our Redlands Mens 1st Grade were unable to stop Valley Mens 1st Grade.
The scorecard reads Redlands Mens 1st Grade 10/151 and 1/23, Valley Mens 1st Grade 9/200. James Catlow-Elliott was the pick of our batters with 41 off 102 balls. Leigh Drennan added a useful 30 off 75 balls. Charlie Thomas claimed three for 22 for the visitors.
Brodie Symons led the way with the ball, finishing with four for 56. Josh Spies backed up well, taking two for 13. A century to Max Bryant for our opponents: 114.
It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around.
Congratulations to the visitors on the win.
