Our Redlands Mens 2nd Grade had plenty to celebrate after they overcame Wynnum-Manly Mens 2nd Grade in a pleasing performance.
In terms of totals, it was Redlands Mens 2nd Grade 10/384 and Wynnum-Manly Mens 2nd Grade 10/107 and 0/77. A century to Jack Sonter, who made 126 off 165 balls with nineteen fours and one six. Brayden Laffan brought up a polished half-century, finishing with 78 off 164 balls. A six-wicket haul to Sayed Monib Hashimi for the hosts (six for 83).
Klinton Goodridge tore through the batting order, taking five for 26. There were also wickets for Thomas Town (two for 23). Xander Thierry passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 58 not out.
A day to enjoy for everyone at Redlands Tigers.
