It was a disappointing outing for our Redlands Mens 4th Grade, who came up short against Northern Suburbs Mens 4th Grade at home.
After batting first, we finished on 167 from 38.3 overs. Jackson Williams top-scored, making 49 off 57 balls. Aadit Bagul played a handy knock of 39. Credit to Mohit Ratnala, who took four for 27 for Northern Suburbs Mens 4th Grade. There were three for 18 for Gabriel Hinze.
Our opponents knocked off the runs, finishing on 7/168 in 35.5 overs. Nate Smith made a good 62 not out for the visitors, a well-deserved half-century. Will Cassell grabbed three for 56. Joshua Claude Millard added two for 29.
Plenty to take out of this one. We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon. Congratulations to our opponents on the win.
