There was plenty to celebrate as our Redlands Mens 4th Grade defeated Northern Suburbs Mens 4th Grade to make it three wins in a row.
The scorecard reads Redlands Mens 4th Grade 8/235, Northern Suburbs Mens 4th Grade 9/232. Jake Matthews's 57 off 95 balls was a half-century to remember. Private player brought up a quality half-century, finishing with 57 not out off 84 balls. Six wickets for player of our opponents, who returned six for 96.
Will Cassell returned figures of three for 14 off eight overs. Kazuma Stafford passed fifty for the hosts, finishing with 57.
Our bowlers shared the wickets around.
We'd lost to our opponents earlier this season, so this one was especially pleasing. Congratulations to the team on a terrific result.
