On Sunday at Ron Field Oval, our Redlands Tigers Maroon lost out to Norths Open Womens in one to put behind us.
Batting first, we were all out for 129 in 28.3 overs. Upeja Arachchillage's 59 not out off 92 balls was a half-century to remember. Audrey Klein was the main threat for Norths Open Womens, taking four for 27.
The visitors reached the target at 2/131 in 18.4 overs. Audrey Klein passed fifty for our opponents, finishing with 52 not out.
We will be looking to get back in the winning column soon. Plenty to work on, and plenty to like.
