At Alan Pettigrew Oval, our Redlands Womens 2nd Grade were unable to stop University of Queensland Womens 2nd Grade on home soil.
University of Queensland Womens 2nd Grade set the target, making 6/111 from 18 overs. Credit to Emily Clark, who made a half-century (54) for our opponents. Kayla Bradshaw grabbed two for 14.
In reply, we finished on 4/99 from 18 overs. Karri Keen remained unbeaten with 40 off 44 balls.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one. That's two losses in a row, but the girls will keep working hard. Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
